How it works
- 1
Pick your nine
Three goals each for health, wealth and people — plus Baseline.
- 2
Hold to log
Press and hold a square. One rep, one page, one call: it counts.
- 3
Keep the chain
Every goal shows its last five days, so gaps are obvious fast.
The grid
This is the whole app: one screen, ten squares, a year to fill in.
Why invite-only
Every account is approved by hand. That keeps the tracker small and quick, keeps your log private to you, and means there's no feed, no ads and nothing to scroll.
Questions
- What is a non-zero day?
- A non-zero day is any day where you do at least one small thing toward a goal — a single push-up, one page, one message. The idea is momentum over intensity: the day counts as long as it isn't a zero.
- How does the tracker work?
- You keep nine goals in three categories plus one wide Baseline goal. Press and hold a square to log today. Each square shows your last five days, and opening a goal lets you fill in the past ten days and keep a list of activities.
- Why is access invite-only?
- The tracker is approved by hand so it stays small, fast and private. Join the waitlist and you'll be let in once your account is approved.
- How long does approval take?
- Approvals happen manually, usually within a few days. You can sign in straight away — you'll see a waiting screen until your account is approved.
- Do I need to install an app?
- No. It runs in your phone's browser and is built mobile-first, so you can add it to your home screen and use it like an app.
